We are looking for a Chef for a 46m private (no charter) motor yacht based in Florida, cruising the Bahamas and USA East Coast.
You should have genuine passion for cooking and be able to produce a variety of cuisines to the highest of standards for up to 10 guests, and healthy meals for 10 crew. You should be adaptable and be able to work under pressure and in a team environment. You should have fantastic time management and organisational skills, and galley cleanliness is an extremely high priority.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef aboard yachts over 40m
STCW BST Certs
Food Hygiene Level 2
USA citizen, Green Card or B1 visa (required)
Seafarers Medical (ENG1)
Ships Cook certificate or evidence formal chef training
