Captain Vacancy – 115ft Motor Yacht – Bahamas & NE USA

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Captain to lead operations aboard a private motor yacht based in the Bahamas.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and enthusiastic professional with a strong emphasis on safety and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. A love for watersports is a must – you’ll be working with guests who are here to enjoy everything the ocean has to offer.

Key Attributes:

Proven experience as a motor yacht Captain
Highly safety-conscious and confident in emergency protocols
Passion for watersports and active, on-the-water lifestyles
Hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mentality
High standards for service, presentation, and hospitality

Requirements:

USA B1 Visa
Master CoC 350gt or higher
STCW BST (Up to date)
Advanced Fire Fighting
PSCRB
Seafarers Medical Certificate

Must be available immediately
