Requiring a Chief Stewardess for a 120ft motor yacht based in the Bahamas.

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and service-driven Chief Stewardess to lead the interior team aboard a stunning 120ft superyacht based in the Bahamas. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years in a Chief Stewardess position who takes pride in delivering seamless, high-end service and creating exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have an outgoing, positive personality and a natural ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, organization, and hospitality. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to train and motivate interior crew are essential.
